Do you only work with menstrual health, or broader wellbeing too?
Our core expertise is menstrual and cycle health education. Most engagements sit inside a broader wellbeing, HR, or public health initiative, and we plug into that rather than replace it.

Can workshops be delivered online, or only in person?
Both. We set the format during intake based on your team's location, size, and preference.
Do you have case studies from other organizations or government bodies?
We are early in building organizational and government partnerships, so there are no published case studies yet. What we do have is years of coaching individuals and training teachers, the same practical approach applied at a team level.
What languages do you work in?
